Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours hours notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at 50% of your service cost. No shows and late rescheduling are considered a last minute cancellation.

48 hours of notice or ideally more is encouraged and much appreciated so that there’s time to fill the appointment slot.

Please be advised that if you are running later than 15 minutes, we may not be able to offer the full service within our time frame. Extra Styling may be excluded.
